The City of Patterson is soliciting bids for Well # 8 Tank Recoating Project. The City of Patterson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religious creed, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.

The project is a public works project and is subject to the California Department of Industrial Relations regulations, including but not limited to prevailing wages. Work will generally consist of the preparation of surfaces, performance, and completion of recoating all interior surfaces of a 1.3 MG water storage tank in accordance with the Bid Package and Contract Documents. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be provided by the lowest bidder as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the City.
 

SEALED BIDS will be received until December 7 at 10:00 A.M. (local time) by the Engineering Department, attention Tiffany Rodriguez, City of Patterson  at  1 Plaza, Patterson, California   95363    for  the   Well # 8 Tank Recoating Project. Bids shall be dropped off or mailed to the Engineering Department of the City of Patterson. Bids will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, the bidder’s state registration number, the name of the project and the statement “Do Not Open Until the Time of Bid Opening.” Bids received after said deadline or without the required registration number will be returned unopened to the bidder.
