The City of Patterson has entered into a contract with United Pavement Maintenance, Inc. to rehabilitate and repave Las Palmas Avenue from the railroad to the east end of City limits (approximately 3,200 linear feet of road). Areas of pavement that are severely damaged will be excavated and reconstructed. Improvements will also include reconstruction of curb ramps that do not meet current Americans Disabilities Act (ADA).
Construction for this project will start Thursday, March 18, 2021. This project will disrupt traffic flow and cause slight delays throughout the duration of the project. We understand that the construction of this project may interfere with your daily activities, and we will do our best to minimize disruptions.

LAS PALMAS OVERLAY PROJECT: INICIO DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN
La ciudad de Patterson ha firmado un contrato con United Pavement Maintenance, Inc. para rehabilitar y repavimentar Las Palmas Avenue desde el ferrocarril hasta el extremo este de los límites de la ciudad (aproximadamente 3.200 pies lineales de carretera). Las áreas de pavimento que están gravemente dañadas serán excavadas y reconstruidas. Las mejoras también incluirán la reconstrucción de rampas de bordillo que no cumplan con la Actual Ley de Discapacidades estadounidenses (ADA, por sus susción).
La construcción de este proyecto comenzará el jueves 18 de marzo de 2021. Este proyecto interrumpirá el flujo de tráfico y causará ligeros retrasos a lo largo de la duración del proyecto. Entendemos que la construcción de este proyecto puede interferir con sus actividades diarias, y haremos todo lo posible para minimizar las interrupciones.
