Department Mission: 
The mission of the Human Resources Division is to proactively partner with customers and deliver quality services to attract, select, and retain a productive, effective, and diverse workforce. We are committed to our mission of providing leadership and high quality service to all customers by assessing and proactively addressing their needs through developing, delivering, and continuously improving our programs and services in support of the City's vision.

Risk Management: The City is a member of the Central San Joaquin Valley Risk Management Authority (CSJVRMA). This is a pool of cities that are jointly insured for general and automotive liability, property, and Workers' Compensation insurance.
