The City of Patterson offers a scholarship program that will help ensure that qualifying Patterson residents will have access to participation in the Recreation & Community Services Department programs, classes, and activities.

Applications are currently being accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

  •  Must live within city limits of the city of Patterson (provide a copy of a utility bill with a picture ID)
  •  Be 18 years of age or 62 years of age and above (must provide birth certificate for each child/senior)

In Order to Submit an Application, the following must be provided:


{ } Proof of Residency

  • Utility bill, bank statement, (any mail to this address)

{ } Valid Picture ID for Applicant and all family members in the household over 18

{ } Aid for Dependent Children/General Assistance

  • Paperwork, income verification from Social worker

{ } Gross Income (for all household family members over 18 years of age)

  • Current check stubs(within the last 2 months, Current tax return forms, disability, or social security earned income statement from Social Security office. If family members over the age of 18 have no income we must have their Statement of earned income from the Social Security office.

{ } Dependent Verification

  • Birth Certificate or Tax Return Form

  • For Foster Care Children please provide the Foster Care Agreement
