This class combines cardio and resistance to give you a great work out without the rough wear and tear on the joints that typical exercise can cause. Children must have an adult accompanying them and they must either be able to touch the floor or swim and must participate in the exercises. This is not a pay as you go drop- in class. For us, to ensure we have enough attendance to run the class, you must register in advance. We require at least 25 registrants per session to run the class.
